Getting Started
Does it cost anything to talk with you? No. There’s no cost or obligation at any stage — not for the initial conversation, and not if you decide not to move forward afterward.
Am I obligated to accept an offer if I reach out? No. You’re free to walk away at any point, for any reason, with no pressure to explain why.
What if I’m not sure I even want to sell? That’s a completely normal reason to reach out. Plenty of people talk with us just to understand their options before deciding anything.
How fast can this move if I need it to? It depends on the path that fits your situation — a cash sale can sometimes close in as little as a couple of weeks, while a traditional listing typically takes longer but can bring a higher price. We’ll be specific about timing once we understand your situation.
Who You're Working With
Who is actually behind Chinook Home? Chinook Home is operated in affiliation with a licensed Colorado real estate brokerage. Full details are on our About page.
Is this a licensed brokerage, or just a cash-buyer company? A licensed brokerage. That distinction matters — it’s the reason we’re able to honestly recommend options other than a cash offer when they’re a better fit for you. More on that on our How It Works page.
Where does a cash offer actually come from? When a cash offer is the right fit, we typically solicit offers from a network of cash buyers to make sure you’re seeing a real, competitive number — not just one option. An investment company affiliated with the brokerage behind Chinook Home may be one of the buyers in that group, bidding independently alongside the others. That affiliation is always disclosed in writing. Full detail is on our Disclosures page.
Do I have to work with that investment company if I get a cash offer? No. You’re free to compare it against other offers, including from unaffiliated buyers, and choose whichever works best for you — or none of them.
Your Property
Does my house need to be in good condition? No. We work with properties in any condition, including ones that need significant repairs. See our needs-repairs page for more detail.
Can you help if there’s a tenant currently living there? Yes — this comes up often, especially with rental properties. See our tired-landlord page for how that typically works.
What if the property is going through probate? We work with inherited properties regularly, including ones still moving through the probate process. See our inherited-property page for details.
What areas do you serve? We currently focus on the south Denver metro area, including Littleton, Englewood, Centennial, Highlands Ranch, Parker, Lone Tree, Greenwood Village, South Aurora, and Castle Rock.
